Mind Gym: An Athlete’s Guide to Inner Excellence by Gary Mack
Why I like it: It was the first book I read and thought wow I want to be a sports therapist. It is easy to read and it explains concepts clearly. It is a short read so I got through it fast.

The Art of Possibility by Rosamund Stone Zander and Benjamin Zander
Why I like it: It has some amazing lessons in it. My favorite- BE the BOARD. Imagine getting rid of obstacles and being dauntless. Being the Board helps create that resilience in our athletes.

Hidden Potential: The Science of Achieving Greater Things by Adam Grant
Why I like it: He tells an incredibly inspiring story that all teams need to hear and he dives into the science which I love.
