One-on-One Counseling Sessions

 I offer confidential, individualized counseling sessions tailored specifically to the unique mental, emotional, and performance challenges faced by athletes at all levels—from youth and collegiate athletes to elite professionals. Sessions can be weekly or biweekly (customizable based on need) and are 45-60 minutes per session.
