Workshops
I created interactive workshops to bridge the gap between athletic performance and mental health support. Designed for athletes, parents, and coaches, we will explore the mental, emotional, and interpersonal aspects of sport.
Through group discussions and skill-building exercises, participants learn to foster a healthier, more resilient sports culture—one that prioritizes well-being alongside performance. While each workshop is designed specifically for each sport and audience, my core objectives are the same for each community.
Athletes will learn how to manage pressure, gain confidence and build mental skills. Parents will be equipped with communication skills to respond to their children's emotional and performance needs. Coaches will learn how to create psychologically supportive and high-performance environments.
